I joined Mybroadband a while ago and searched for Computers.............and found someone had written in about WOOTWARE's good service......well......................
I would like to post a huge THANK YOU to Wootware. I purchased a beautiful ASUS Pro computer
after a 3 months had damage to the screen. Sent to Wootware but due to Warranty it had to be sent to Ensure IT Services
The nightmare started............. damage to speakers..............1 T hard drive with personal info .....MISSING up to date !
WOOTWARE have gone to extreme lengths to assist me.............I would like to Thank Jonathan , Emile all the Wootware staff.
They are SERVICE EXCELLENCE!!!! If you are looking for Honest, Extremely Fast, Efficient service
Do use them.....................I live 4 hours away and even that didn't stop them from doing their best
If I had to rate them out of 100% it would be 200%
