Has anyone completed their RE1 & RE5? I would like some info and any content (if you have) on successfully completing these two exams.

Written and passed both. Just be very careful in reading the questions. They are there to confuse you. If you know your stuff and apply it correctly you should be fine. I have a video that explains the difficulty levels of questions and how to break them down to more simple questions. Think it's an FSB video in two parts. Apart from that I don't have any other study material no more.

The KI is the worse test I have ever written in my life! So make sure you study the board notices to a T.
 
Recently done my RE5. Moonstone just send you the legislation and say there you go. It is a pain as the legislation has a lot of content that is not relevant to the test and amounts to over hundreds of pages. I would recommend looking up Compliance and Learning Center and attending one of their 2-day classes. It is pricey at R2000 but well worth it. Helped me pass first time round. They give you a nice 80 page textbook and a bunch of mock exams. Those mock exams helped A LOT. Even if you do not want to attend the class, I think they will sell you the book with the exams for like R400. Not sure bout that price though. But even if the class is expensive, it will be more expensive paying R1000 each time you want to write the exam again and again if you don't pass the first time which is the case for a lot of people.

The exam has completely changed last year so all the older information will no longer be of help.

Sorry I did mine loooong ago and so the material and questions would have changed. The dvd's are missing and presumably thrown away.
