It packages was: Standard: 2 Mbps / 320 Kbps / C$44.95 (R 230.50) Professional: 4 Mbps / 640 Kbps / C$69.95 (R 358.70) And they upgraded it <b>at no cost</b> to: Standard: 3 Mbps / 400 Kbps (+1 Mb down, + 80 Kb up) Professional: 5 Mbps / 640 Kbps (+1 Mb down) Check it out: http://www.cogeco.ca/en/hsi_pack_o.html The cap you see is not enforced and only there for legal reasons.
