I wouldnt call Becks and Van Nis rejects.More like they needed to move to a better club , and fullfill their dreams of playing 4 the greatest team of the 20th century.

OK ,iam going officially anounce u as the biggest Football NOOB on this forum.Did u know that Real Madrid are officially the most successful football team in the world.Come on dont say u didnt know that !!!! Do players like Gento , Puskas and Di Stefano actually mean anything to u.God dammit many football experts rate Puskas as the best player of all time , even better then Pele.

i only started watching football from the start of the PREMIER league so i cannot comment about the 80's but i doubt they did better than liverpool but i suppose having a couple more eufa cups they are terms the greatest ever
