Real or Artificial Grass?

I'm still undecided on which one to go. The area is about 32 square meters. its mostly in sun, but other parts are in the shade.

Which would be the best bet in terms of :

Price
Maintenance
Looks
Kids

I would appreciate if someone can share some places which i can check out and also tell me how much they cost these days.
