Real versus Billed usage

Just out of interest. My software says that I used close on 16GB of bandwidth last month but Neotel billed me for less than 11GB.

Am I wrong or is anyone else seeing this?

Well mine seems out too, not complaining since I got overcharged a few months before. Other guy in the office also saw his one was a bit low.

Bill says 46GB but mine is closer to 130GB . will have to check my logs when I get home.

I wonder if they are even able to monitor properly as phoning the call centre results in no help whatsoever.

If they can't tell you what your usage is how fair is it to bill you when you go over?

Same here. The bill says 45GB, but I'm pretty sure I did ALOT more than that. Can't prove it though. I used Neotel with 2 different PCs and I was also swapping between Windows and Linux so I have no idea what my true usage was.

I got billed for 36gb when my data monitor said 28gb.

Mine was pretty much spot on. I used about 16GB and was billed for just less than that.
Any news on when well be able to check usage online? If they can see it on their call centre screens a web interface should be available too...

The same with mine but I got the Prime Unlimited, will post my usage from my router and what Neotel say I used
