RealDebrid discussion thread

I’ve been afk for a bit and I only see what has happened to RealDebrid now 😭.
Everyone seems to be jumping ship to AllDebrid / TorBox. I’ve used AllDebrid before and was not impressed and seeing as they are French based, I’m assuming their fate will be similar to RD. Currently TorBox isn’t taking new signups (just my luck). My RD subscription only ends in March of next year lol and I don’t plan on getting a refund bc a part of me thinks they’ll be able to get out this but anyway. I predominantly use Stremio and get direct download links for MEGA files (which are no longer allowed on RD🫠). Are there any good alternatives in the meanwhile ? Thanks.

I switched to alldebrid a few weeks ago and it stopped working last week.

My advice is to wait for @TorBox

Yeah cyberlockers no longer works.

Use torrentio addon https://torrentio.strem.fun/configure with RD and Torbox in Stremio for the best results.

Alternatives are Comet, Mediafusion, Knightcralwer. Elfhosted hosts public versions of it.

I don’t think they’re trying to dox. I’ve seen their replies to some people which looks like it. The issue at hand is that they’re trying to behave clueless and claim that their service isn’t meant for piracy after the French government caught up with them. Let’s be honest, the only reason people used RD is for piracy and they did a great job of their service. And they’ve definitely made millions over the years due to people pirating . I think they’re just trying to play all righteous now but people can’t seem to understand that.

Possibly true, not that we have to worry about it here but it will definitely hurt RD in the long run as I doubt anyone will stay with them now

I agree but I’m still hoping they’re working on moving their servers to somewhere that isn’t as strict on piracy. They’d be ludicrous to just toss in the towel over their service which I’m sure is lucrative. They’re a huge name in the game. Would definitely suck to see them go down without a fight.

My rating from best to worst.

1. Torbox (no ip limit, cdn, very cheap just $3, decent cache size now that everyone switched to them.)
2. RealDebrid (Still a massive cache size and CDN)
3. Easy-Debrid (https://paradise-cloud.com/products/easydebrid) (Premiumize reseller for cheap. Works with premiumize api apps, no ip limit)
4. PikPak (10TB cloud storage. Decent cache size.)
5. Premiumize
6. Offcloud

Sure so that is just my personal list. I never used them before, so they are low because of me not knowing how they work and how the experience is.
 
For those that want PikPak is a nice service actually. Hosted in Singapore. Premium gives 10T storage. They have a lot of cached content. They have apps for tv and phone and media fusion addon for stremio and kodi

Torbox got a new payment processor and it's in South African Rands now and signups are open.

The Essential plan is on a discount also at R39 per month in case you wanted to join still.

Once off payments also supported via instant eft or snapnscan
 
Just an update from me:

My Real Debrid with zurg is still working 100% and dmm with the new crowdsource instant RD is amazing I have no issues so far.

I have sonarr 1080p and 4k, radarr 1080p and 4k setup with emby and plex and all is working flawless, my indexers from TL, FileList, IPTorrents,DesiTorrents, TV Vault working beautifully no need for seeding for now I don't see a reason to make a switch. All my series are getting updated regularly 🔥🔥
