Best host depends on your taste.
Yes you can use jellyfin as a front end but you'll need to run zurg + rclone so that jellyfin can see the files.

I use plex because of client support but jellyfin also works without issues.

Whats the easiest way to integrate plex with RD. I kinda got lost with all the plex_debrid then the other forked one....

Loved the idea of just using plex watch lists to automate grabbing would be easy enough for the erm... "older generation" to get vs what I'm seeing with stremio :(

easiest is just running rclone+zurg with plex then adding stuff via dmm

plex_debrid is still going strong for me, people just request through overseerr or it grabs from my watchlist and it just works.

I'd like to setup for aunt and mum to use, so lowest barrier of entry would be preferable you know?

Our latest set of infrastructure upgrades are underway right now and we expect them to be fully live in the next couple of weeks.

To give you an idea, this is a single thread download from our new EU cache to my 10Gbit test server in Cape Town:

Downloading a test file on the website is giving a cloudflare error
 
random question - can you access content via the free version of torbox addon or must you have a paid account for it to work as a addon on stremio?
