RealDebrid discussion thread

That is a big one and what is the file availability like and user experience, do you need to find the torrent first or can you browse what's already cached?
I use it with aiostreams and it shows what's already cached unlike RD. Back in the day I manually added torrents but not needed anymore.

I thought RD when used with Stermio would allow browsing shows/movies and then you would just press play and if it’s on RD it will play?
That's kind of what I was meaning

Yes but after the 2024 crackdown addons cannot verify cached status anymore on RD. It still works with Torbox.
Real Debrid and All Debrid had their api removed that allow to check what is cached.

Correct, no IP limits.

This refers to how long TorBox will seed the file for users outside of TorBox to download.

Seeding does not affect how long the file remains available to you. Once a file is downloaded to TorBox servers, it is cached for at least 30 days from the last time it was accessed.

Are you planning to use TorBox for streaming? If so, you don't need to worry about seeding. It is recommended to disable it for Stremio.
I am going to use it for stremio also maybe going to try it with https://debridio.com/ account?

That is pretty much how it works for me. Using Streamio/Vidi/Fusion and RD and Debridio. Click the series, the links pop up and I choose the one I want and it starts playing.

And if it’s not cached you just need to wait a smidgen longer till it buffers on their servers?

We just put live the latest ZAFR CDN, in my own testing I can pull from VLC @ 400Mbps (4x speed on a massive file) without a problem. Please give it a try and let me know how you find it.

Once a good baseline is established we're going to look into fine tuning it as far as possible, so your feedback can influence a lot.

Great, My RD account just expired. contemplating moving to TB. Any chance of sharing a discount code.

Hey guys. I'm new to Torbox, been using real-debrid for the past year. The question I have is how are you guys linking emby/jellyfin to Torbox? With RD I use zurg and rclone to mount a drive. Decypharr then symlinks the files once downloaded.
I can get decypharr linked with Torbox but decypharr can't symlinks because it cannot see the rclone mount.

Hopefully someone can share some insight.

I had one episode there were no seeders for, left it for a week and still stuck on 75%.
Made a Torbox acc and it was already cached and could dl it straight away
Game changer

Does Torbox support pretty much the same range of file hosts and torrent services as Debrid services?

Haven't used that, but make use of Decypharr and Zurg before. Basically, you just point Plex or JellyFin to those files via Symlinks and instead of downloading them you stream it.

Yeah this seems like the lazy man's docker image with everything you could want.

Anyone use Debrid Unlimited Media Bridge (DUMB) ? Care to give your views?

Havn't used that. I just have zurg, rdtclient, sonarr, radarr setup with plex. My realdebrid library is 1 Petabyte.

I might move to that since its an all in one will see but my current setup with some manual scripts chatgpt wrote for me to reboot stuff on quiet times and manage memory and cache files.

On Torbox is it possible to add different torrents to one zip file so you can download them all in one file?
