RealDebrid discussion thread

Joined an Emby / Jellyfin / Plex share. Apple can suck my knob. Only issue is you can't share it with family. Really sucks.

Plex / emby/jellyfin share review
Negatives
It's more expensive than most debrid at between $6-$20 p/m
You can't share it without sharing your profile
You'd have to transcode if travelling and on limited data
Positives
No setup and just click and play or select quality and play
Most stuff you'd ever want to watch
Skip intro and go straight to next episode
All in all if you can find a cheap share it's a no brainer.

Are they running those plex instances on their own hardware or on 3rd party rented servers?
Didn't Plex make some change to prevent people running Plex on third party rented servers?

Just when I'm about to retire my plex and realdebrid setup I see the dev of Zurg releases

DMM + Zurg usenet. Very nice.

Just under $6 p/m and no there's a few big servers that's really good. Many small server resellers though as well.
Who do you use?
I am on a MUCH more expensive share, but he really does have everything.

Edit: actually mine is different, it's not a plex share, it's a google drive share, i run my own plex.

Update on this, moved to remux (which is jellyfin+gelato)
So it's like jellyfin but it's not actually jellyfin, just a new media server with a jellyfin compatible API ?

Why'd you switch ? What benfits do you get from remux?
