Really slow Wedesday DSL

Is anyone else really struggling this afternoon with DSL speed.

I feel like I am back on 14.4k modem today.

Also with SAOL and I couldn't take full advantage of the line that was upgrade to 4096 today. Speeds were definitely inconsistent.
