Rear Speakers high pitched buzz

My rear speakers on my car just suddenly starting making a really annoying, loud, high pitched buzzing sound, when I unlocked the car.

The car was bought new, has less than 2000km, and when I unlocked with remote key the buzzing started, even when I closed the door and locked the car, the buzzing continued. I then drove for a while with the loud noize and played music; but the quality was so poor I could hardly hear the music.

Then I stopped, took out the key and put it back in...and suddenly the buzzing stopped, and hasnt returned since. However now I am convinced that my sound quality has deteriorated...but not significantly.

Anyone every experienced this and know what the cause was? Can I take it to a dealer to have it checked (for sound quality)?

Take it to the dealer and tell him to sort it

if it was an entry level polo... i would say unlucky! but if your looking in that price range, i would definately want it sorted !

if push comes to shove, you could always get a bandpass filter to take out the frequency you don't want (i.e. the buzzing).
