Rear View Mirror Bluetooth hands free kit and parking sensor

Hi Has anybody any experience/knowledge of one of these gadgets and if so where are they available in SA


The Parking Sensor HandsFree Car Kit (MHF-R330BT) is a wireless device that utilises the latest Bluetooth* technology to communicate with your compatible phone within a 10-metre range. This allows you to talk through its built-in high quality loudspeaker and external high sensitivity microphone without the need to hold the phone or take your hands off the steering wheel.

ModooFree PLUS BT provides a comfortable and easy parking as the sensors enable the driver to detect obstacles in the back which cannot be seen from the rearview mirror. When the vehicle is in reverse gear, the sensor put in a bumper of the vehicle detects an obstacle by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic pulses to/from the obstacle. The controller senses the distance from the obstacle and sends the distance signal to buzzer / LED or display. The buzzer / LED or display warns the driver by making alarm sound or showing the distance from the obstacle. ModooFree PLUS BT is designed to assist the driver to avoid damage of the vehicle and/or accidents during parking.

Hmmmm.... the car "guards" here in Cape Town seems to think you can park parrallel to the bay and just move sideways - they have no concept of the amount of space you need to be able to parrallel park. I normally just ignore them (except for checking that I'm not going to run into them - don't want them to steal my car AND get arrested for killing them).

I am in CTN. Concept of a Hands Free Kit plus Parking Indicator fascinates me. Any heard of such a system in RSA?

According to this gadget you can answer the cell phone, see who's calling, and plan you attack on the "car guard' all at the same time
