Do yourself a favour and spend a little extra when taking delivery of your new car.
Take it to a reputable wheel alignment shop and have the rear wheel alignment checked.
On many models very little adjustment can be done; there has to be some drastic manipulation like bending, grinding and expanding slots to correct a variance.
Should the rear wheel alignment not be true, it will only manifest itself after a long time by evidence of uneven tyre wear.
If the dealer is approached, claims are made that the misalignment is due to "pilot error" and not on the assembly line!
While the former is true, the latter is much more the cause according to wheel alignment shops that I've spoken to.
The fault is more disguised if the wheels are rotated on a regular basis and when apparent, the vehicle could well be out of warranty.
