Reasonably priced dish needed and installer in Midrand

Hi guys, i already have a dual view decoder and smart card etc but need a dish and an installer to come and sort me out. One installer i found on the DSTV site told me it's R1500 for the dish and for the installation. Which is R850 not bad but another said its R599 for dish and installation then i started asking myself questions...

At game, i once saw a package for R599 for a pvr decoder, dish and free installation. Now that's a good deal, so why are all these other people so damn expensive? Does anyone know anybody who can beat these deals? Or should i wait for december specials because i know something really reasonable is bound to come up....

599 is for the std decoder

It all depends on how you want it installed.
Do you want 2 viewing environments?
You plan on adding hd pvr later?
Installer will than give quote on all these variables.

Even better would be DIY.

DSTV subsidizes those deals you see.

I'd say get one of those deals and get dual view setup.

I just need it to be installed in my living room, thats all. No plans to upgrade anytime soon

I think that would be my best bet... unless i buy the dish and install it myself? It cant be that difficult because holes have been drilled on the wall and the holes for the cables are still there. I already have the kit so.....
