Rebel Tech. how are they?

Just got my ASUS ENGTX560TI and Coolermaster 600W PSU XD! Time for BF3 BETA! RAWR!

Rebel tech delivered good service, as always. The 560TI was on sale, grabbed the last one. Super psyched.
 
Quick bump

I ordered my ASUS Xonar Xense from them last evening at around 6pm. 10 mins later got the email confirming stock and that I can go ahead with payment. The really great part is that I can pick it up today already, so it wasn't even a full business day. They really seem to be an exceptional online store, at least for people selecting the Collect option in stead of Delivery.

Will definitely recommend them!
 
I bought a few K's of stuff there earlier this year... best prices I could find, plus other shops didn't stock some of the items...
 
One of my collect orders (100km roundtrip) didn't have the most important items (a motherboard) amongst the items to collect.

They did, however, send it by courier when it arrived at their premises, at their expense.

I basically purchased my entire pc from them with no problems until I sent an item back which was faulty. I have got nothing but bad service, I was refused a refund or replacement and instead have been charged a further R218. I would not recommend using them.

Care to explain the situation or should I?

Also why is this posted on a thread that is over 3 years old?
 
I have bought from them on numerous occasions and have had nothing but good service from them. I remember once buying a couple of small items including a GPU cooler. After receiving the package I saw that the cooler was opened and there was parts missing from the packaging. I phoned Rebeltech and they refunded me, without even requesting the "incomplete" GPU cooler back. So I really cannot complain about their service at all.
 
It's strange how when people look for reviews for businesses they focus a lot more on the handful of negative reviews rather than the abundance of good reviews.

You can only tell how good/bad they are, by how they deal with difficult issues

True for almost anything.....
