Rebel Tech. how are they?

Hey guys i want to buy some things (vga cooler to be specific) from Rebel Tech, what is your experience with them? I don't want a ton of people who just joined this forum today to respond either. I'd like response from random people who have been with this forum for some time. Veterns, grandmasters, anyone with a bit more credibility would be the cherry on top. but other responses are welcome too. thanks in advance.

Want to buy from them...see responses are from a year ago...so question is, are they still good to deal with? Anyone had major issues recently?

They're good, just not as good as Prophecy and Wootware

I haven't seen any negative comments regarding them yet, but I haven't seen any exceptionally good comments either - besides some of their prices of course.

I had a few frustrations with what they were advertising on their website compared to what they had or could stock. Also communication wasn't ideal. Maybe unresponsive was a better word to use.

Rebel tech has given me brilliant service so far. Bought my Sandy Bridge upgrade from them in March, no issues, delivered to my house. Same quality when I bought a new router and WiFi card. Getting my ASUS GTX560TI today. Just waiting for the courier.

The courier is the only thing that is not above standard. Tracker has indicated that the courier has my card on board since 7, but they have not arrived at my home yet.

Bought my rig few months ago and they were good. I collected mine at their offices. Haven't used them since my rig is good enough. And smaller stuff I buy from local guys.
