I placed an order with RebelTech for a few items one of which was a Corsair 16GB Memory Kit which, according to the description on their website included a memory cooler fan.
When my items were delivered, I discovered there was no cooling fan. On taking this up with RebelTech, they advised that after consultation with the suppliers it turns out that despite the supplier's description including the fan, the manufacturer states that the memory is not bundled with the fan.
Here is where its hats off to RebelTech - they are providing me with a (upgraded) fan free of charge!
