So I received a fine from the Tlokwe Local Municipality (Potchefstroom) today (March 5, 2016) where I was snapped doing 96 in an 80 zone on December 9, 2015 with the date of issue being December 24, 2015. Any way, when I attempt to pay the fine via their various methods (FNB, EasyPay) both sites tell me the notice number is an invalid reference. I've tried on ViewFines and the same thing, it tells me the notice doesn't exist. So I am not sure what to do regarding it. Any help would be appreciated.
