Couples need to get back in touch with the little things they overlooked when they could afford big gestures. It’s as simple as giving a compliment, running a bath or switching off the television and listening to each other.
HAVE A DATE NIGHT AT HOME
If you can’t afford to go out for dinner any more, have an evening at home, where you both get dressed up and make a fuss of each other.
CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE
There may be situations where money has covered up the cracks in a relationship and, now that they’re revealed, you might feel you’re just not right for each other. But that doesn’t mean it has to be the end of the relationship. See it as an opportunity to become creative in terms of how you spend time together. It’s not all doom and gloom.
