Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush Battery Replacement

Good people of mybroadband, I am looking to replace my Braun electric toothbrush's battery (pictured here). It is a 1.2V, 700mAh Ni-MH and has two tabs on its sides for soldering to the brush's circuit board. It is 49mm long and has a diameter of 14mm. I can see similar one's on Amazon and ebay but they will cost me $15.00 excluding shipping and taxes which makes the exercise of fixing rather than buying new a little pointless...

Where in ZA can I find something like this?

With a little bit of modification, I just replaced mine with a regular AA.
