Recommend a good psychologist : Cape Town

greetings and compliments of the season to all

im hoping someone can assist as ive searched the net extensively but to no avail or too many options

im looking for a recommendation for a good pyschologist in Cape Town

someone who can assist on a number of areas like anger/stress management etc

searched www.psychotherapy.co.za but a lot of the therapists added their details years ago so it doesn't seem so relevant or accurate

any suggestions or pointers appreciated

I don't know about "good" but you can probably use this list from discovery?

Ok.
I don't know any in the southern suburbs (I live Milnerton way). I know a few out this way and one or two Atlantic seaboard way.
It also depends on what the "problem" is as many "specialise" in certain areas.

i work in northern subs so that could also be option
im looking for someone who focuses on anger/stress management
