Recommend a replacement screen please

Hi

I currently have a Samsung P2370 that seems to be on its last legs with weird artifacts and lines across the screen. I have tested my PC with other screens so I am sure the screen is the problem.

Now as the title states, please recommend another 23/24" screen for me?
