A word of caution in regards to using cloudflare.
We have seen reports from people losing their page rank on search engines due to the IP changing.
If you dont care much for page rank then cloud flare isn't a bad idea.

Not entirely true, geographical load balancing has little to no effect on page rank. Of course this is because most people form as certain region only see a single IP most of the time but when loads do increase the ods of landing on a different server is quite high.

We have some issues with local hosts and have failovers in the UK and USA(worst case scenario) and I have had no issues when my IP changes, is some cases we have seen an increase of traffic purely due to the fail over site sometimes rendering content differently
