So I posted a while ago that I will doing some alterations to my house, extending the patio etc. The time has finally come to start, trustees of the body corporate are sitting tonight to give approval for the building to start, so far the indication is that 2/3 of my requests will be approved, so no biggie. As luck would have it though the builder I was hoping to use has indicated that he won't be able to do it now.
Basically all that needs to be done is the extension of the patio, this will require a concrete slab of about 36m², removing the current tiles on about 20m² and then laying new tiles on the entire area.
I would appreciate it if someone could maybe recommend a builder that they have used or have some knowledge/experience with.
