Hey Guys plz recommend me a dedicated GPU to add with AMD's a8-6600k APU without me having to upgrade my PSU. Here's the list of the setup I have, I know the AMD APU is not ideal if you want to add a dedicated card, but I got the APU for dirt cheap so built a budget rig around that.

PSU - http://www.rebeltech.co.za/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=30&products_id=1761
CPU - http://www.rebeltech.co.za/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=65&products_id=10533
Mobo - http://www.wootware.co.za/msi-fm2-a55m-e33-fm2-amd-a55-hdmi-micro-atx-amd-desktop-motherboard.html
RAM - http://www.wootware.co.za/g-skill-f...3-2133mhz-2x4gb-cl10-1-6v-desktop-memory.html

This depends on what you will be playing, at what settings and at what native resolution. Also, what's the budget?

There are some good choices between R1500 and R2500 that won't be bottlenecked too much by the APU, but you've shot yourself in the foot somewhat by using a FM2 board, not FM2+ which will support the APU family that comes after Kaveri. With your hardware, a Nvidia GPU would be a better fit because they're paying much more attention to CPU bottlenecks than AMD is with their drivers.

Budget would be around R2000, but would be able to stretch to R2500 if the extra R500 is going to make that big of a difference... ATM I'm not really playing really demanding games with this setup, playing games like D3 and CS GO at smooth frame rates at 1080p with low settings, but would like to play games like Bf4 and Elders scrolls online at 1080p after adding the GPU if possible

I see that one is sold out, wootware has the powercolor for cheaper http://www.wootware.co.za/powercolo...gb-gddr5-pci-e-3-0-desktop-graphics-card.html or is powercolor not recommended?

Nothing wrong with Powercolor

If you can stretch to R2600 get this one: http://www.wootware.co.za/powercolo...dr5-pci-express-3-0-256bit-graphics-card.html or this one for R2300: http://www.wootware.co.za/powercolo...it-pci-express-3-0-desktop-graphics-card.html

The 270x should be between 50-100% faster depending on the game. It draws around 180w so you're still good on the PSU with it.

That's perfect. All GFX cards get made by AMD/NVIDIA anyway and get resold to the "manufacturers" to slap a sticker on. Unless it's a version with a custom cooler of course.

Nope, a lot of cards are reference designs but a lot of the AIB partners manufacture their own cards with different components.

Thanks! Just a question on these cards which appear to be a bit longer, if you look at my mobo, you'll see it looks like the card is going to go over the SATA ports, will angled SATA cables fit under these cards?

You should be good, just checked mine and it appears that there should be enough space under the card even for normal straight connectors.
