Recommend me a password cracker/remover

So I have this laptop here with me today. The owner needs the password on the administrator account removed, I have access to a user account, I am currently trying Ophcrack Live CD, never used it before so I am not sure if it's doing anything or not.

Laptop is running Windows 7 Basic, so please recommend me a password cracker program thingy.

Yeah seems like it's doing something now, holding thumbs.

Update: seems like Ophcrack was a bust after 16mins it didn't remove anything owell just spoken to the owner and he's given me the green light to format it since it's a brand new laptop has has crapware on it.
