Recommendations for Home Inspection services?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a professional home inspection service (for pre-sale residential home inspections)?

Looking online, all these guys tend to have pretty poor websites which are light on technical detail, so there’s no way to judge who uses cutting-edge equipment and always goes the extra mile for buyers.

If you can both share who you used, what impressed you most about them, and even what you paid them (for a home of what size) that would be appreciated! Context is everything

we ended up cancelling a deal based on his inspection and he assisted with the push back from the agents.

I think we paid about R3-4k around 7 years ago on a 800 sqm property
