Per the title .
I see takelot has a few no name brand ones going for up to R1000, and then there is jump to Celestron with the cheapest coming in around R2000.
Anybody have one or used one ?

Just looked for it - it's a regular Celestron microscope with a digital imager add-on, so not sure it's what you're looking for. The digital imager is 2Mp. I see there's a 5Mp addon if you want.

It's a very solid microscope but not portable. Includes 10x eyepiece and 10x 20x and 4x objective lenses allowing 10x->400x magnification.
It's basically this one (though an older model):

Wow, thank you for the offer, however, I need something a little bit more mobile, as its for stamps, sheets of stamps etc, so i need to be able to sweep over the sheet from stamp to stamp etc.

I have accumulated a rather large collection, from Albums to sheets to loose over the last 40 years, and its time i started digitalising many them.
