Hi guys,

Hope you all doing well.
This has probably been asked thousands of times here but not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same issues with cool ideas.
Currently, we have the 200/100 package, both my parents and I, we reside in Centurion at different addresses and lately, we have been having really poor speeds, last night I only managed to get around 5 Mbps, and has been like this for a while.
Even bought a new router and the problem still remains. My parent's side is slightly better they get around 20 Mbps.
I've never had any issues with cool ideas, and have put through a ticket to see if there are any underlying issues, but if it comes to a point of switching over to a new ISP I will need to, as we rely on streaming services and fiber for work at home.
Any recommendations are welcome, I see urbanX seems well priced just can't see many reviews on them.
Not too worried about price, just would like more consistency, which seems to be a grey area for fiber ISP providers.

Hi, It's best to discuss with support before changing as it's often an FNO or internal issue.

To cover the basics:

Which FNO is it?

Are these devices cabled or wireless?

We have a complete thread dedicated to Cool Ideas customers as well*

Hi, I have lodged a ticket so awaiting a response before making any decision, our line is with openserve.
Devices are all wirelessly connected, if you could please link the thread here, would appreciate it.
Going to see if it improves if have some of the devices connected via cable, this weekend.

Cool, it's more than likely wireless related.

A few simple tests using a cabled device would confirm if the case.

From there it's just sorting the wireless related issues out.
