Hi. Have given my 30 day notice to current ISP (WA) I currently use a 10Mbps line capped at 200 gigs. And that is enough for me. What ISP would you guys recommend I try? I heard CW are good and then there is Axxess? Or Cybersmart? I mainly only stream and do online gaming, little bit of downloading. I am based in PE. Pings to cape town have been high lately..(40-50) few months ago I was getting low 20s. I also plan on upgrading to VDSL when I move over. Thanks

Thanks. I see a ton of people recommending them lately. The Telkom technician that came to replace my cabling also said they are the best (currently) adding the fact that not everyone will always have the same experience with an ISP, All the people recommending them can't be wrong. Will give them a try. Do there prices Include VAT?

Afrihost: They have shaping issues
Cybersmart: Single-threaded downloading and streaming issues
IS: Various latency & caching issues
Axxess: Search the forum for their issues, there are plenty (They are basically Afrihost)
OpenWeb: Last I remember shaping issues
WebAfrica: They run on IS, so likely to experience similar issues
Mweb: Lol don't even get me started

Vox: Have heard mixed feedback
Crystalweb: Also run on IS but magically don't have the same experience as the other IS things

Any ISP worth their salt will advertise consumer pricing INCL VAT. To do otherwise is misleading and predatory.
