I’m now on a call for 30mins waiting for a supervisor. Im talking to Jane who is giving me an attitude when i have explained that i have been on a call with them the whole day. Made my payment and they are now telling me that it’s been allocated in the wrong account. To just transfer my funds to the correct account cannot take an entire 24 hours. Please activate my services ASAP!!
