Recently I upgraded the family PC from a 32 bit system to a 64 bit system, little did I know that it would wipe out just about everything. Well I did know but I didn't think it would be so thorough, for instance I thought Microsoft Office was just part of the basic Windows package. But anyway I had to reinstall Outlook Express and now I'm having trouble reconnecting it with the .telkomsa account. I have all the old data since it saved a file but I can't send or receive any new emails. I've tried reconnecting it by adding an account with the email and what I think the password is but it doesn't work.
Now, I'm almost totally sure that the problem is caused by me not having the right password since I'm pretty sure it's changed a few times. But I just want to be sure of a few things, first of all the .telkomsa email account still exists right? Like it wasn't just connected to that one version of Outlook and now is gone forever? Cuz this is my mother's email account and she will kill me if that is the case. Second I wanted to know if the problem most likely is with the different password and lastly I wanted to know if there was some way other than calling to get a new password because currently our home phone sometimes just cuts out, like no sound, which is really vexing.
