Record installation time?

Ok.I ordered my DSL on 23 Feb and it was installed on the Friday of
3 March, thats about 10 days.... Is this some sort of record??

When my next door neighbour moved home from his 2 years in England he had ADSL installed the next day. He then moved out of his folks house and then got ADSL installed in an area that doesn't have ADSL (He got Telkom to connect his line to another exchange). And the reason he can get this kind of response from Telkom is because his Dad works for Telkom and I think is quite high up.

8 days

i got mine installed in 8 days (including weekends) from the date of order. Was installed 10/03/2006. BUT REMEMBER TELKOM STILL SUCKS~!
