I used to program for a company - I'm still in IT but do very little programming.

I miss it - love the puzzle...

Where can I join a development team that develops for fun or something similar... I've got a Diploma in Java

check out the facebook engineering puzzles site. the grading robot is down so you can't submit atm but you can develoop in any question and its loads of fun, you're provided a problem and must then solve it according to the given specs. http://www.facebook.com/careers/puzzles.php
