recruitment advice required

Hi there

I am wanting to start a recruitment business to provide recruitment opportunities for women. At the same time i am starting up a NPO for the disadvantaged females in Durban where they can learn computer and language skills etc.

I am fine with the education side of things but am fairly new to recruitment. I intend to complete a HR course of course but in the interim if you can supply some advice, template docs, explain procedures i will be most grateful. My co will be based in durban.

Any help will be appreciated.

my bad you guys are right - im working off wireless internet that comes through two garages to my flat from the main house so my connection got interrupted and I thought it never posted!
