Recruitment Salary Codes

Hey guys,

You know when you get a CV from a recruiter, and they have the salary information in codes at the top? How can you decode that? Is there a guide somewhere?

There is no standard.. I would assume its something that they came up with on their own.

Very much doubt that at all tbh.
Unless they're using an already established salary banding like Peromnes grading system.
