I signed up with an ISP (trusting their hellopeter ratings) several months ago, and they couldn't even get my connection running despite pre-planning the switch over a month in advance.
Eventually when I cancelled, they got it working for around 2 weeks. The ISP then charged me over R2000 for this "service" as a debit order and to date have not even provided an invoice for this charge.
I disputed it with them, asked them to stop the debit order but month after month they debit my account costing me more money to have it reversed every time.
I asked FNB to prevent the debits and they say they did, but it keeps happening. Does anyone have similar experience and advice on how to end this for good? TIA

"I asked FNB to prevent the debits and they say they did, but it keeps happening."

Then they shouldn't be charging you anything.

Log into your FNB on the computer browser and there where you see debit orders going off you can click the Dispute button, works like a charm everytime.

Thanks. Did that but some debit orders don't have the dispute or stop buttons next to them.
