recycle old toners

Hi Guys,

not sure if this is the right thread I should post this in, but ive looked high and low for something similar to this,

our company has a contract that supplies us toner cartridges for big MFP printers, (Kyocera taskalfa 250 CI)
all they do is send us new ones when our existing ones are about to run out, but they don't come collect the old ones,

Ive literally got an entire storeroom with empties and was wondering who recycles these? preferably with buy back for R5 or something like that.

anybody know anybody who buys back these things in the JHB area? I know there is one in edenvale ( not sure if he still there...)

I'm in CPT, but the guys that collect mine don't charge for collection, but they also don't pay you anything either.

so does anybody actually pay you for old cartridges? dont they always want old toner catriges to refill and sell at a profit?

KMP in Capricorn Park will take toner cartridges. I usually deliver them every 6 months or so

but isnt this in CPT? I need JHB and actual buy back of old cartridges, gonna see if that one guy in Edenvale still doing a trade.....

maby my next trip to cape town i will take it with me

back in the day when I was in school about 10 years ago. i use to take all my moms inkjet cartridges to them every couple of months. and I was given something like R10 for colour and R5 for black if I remember correctly. remember always getting like R200 every couple of months off the guy in edenvale close the library there. think there is a print shop close by as well if I remember correctly. it was on left hand side if you going down to modderfontein road from town

take to them and you may get some cash back. I often get about R150 back.
