Sebastian Vettel RB7 Model Car Coming to SA!

For the red bull fans out there I saw a add on SS there is a complete DeAgostini radio controlled petrol scale model of the RB7 that you can build that is subscription based coming to SA. It looks awesome and reports from the UK site says its worth the money parts are excellent quality. SA subcription Link & Forums link. Pics about build is on the forums.

The first issue is at the special price of R29.90. Issue two is charged at the special price of R79.90 and the regular price is R139.90. There are 100 issues to complete your build. Additional binders are an optional extra and will be sent to you from time to time at a cost of R69.90. You may cancel at anytime.

Wait, that works out to just over R14k doesn't it?

Does it? :wtf: Did not do the math, got stuck in the hype & the build logs.

(R139.90 x 100) - R110 = R13,880 (Okay I rounded up :p)

Going through the logs, I'm having very fond recollections of building a Tamiya drift car. The waiting 100 months/weeks for all the parts to arrive would be the worst part if money wasn't an issue. Looks like quite a legit car.

I dont think you can actually drive it? Build and watch it crash into the nearest tree maybe.. And at R14k its not cheap. Looks pretty cool though.

It depends on how many optional binders come with this- just three of them pushes it over the R14k mark.

Got excited, then really depressed. :(

Who needs a kidney? Semi-good condition.
