i am getting the same issue. I have called telkom several times, and they insist that the line is fine. would love to know what is going on here. I have my doubts about it being the ISP, as I have tried different accounts with different ISP's and I am getting the same issue
i had this prob about a month back, phoned telkom and a consultant told me its all fine on there side but he will send a techie (of course he never came!) so 3 days later phoned telkom again and spoke to another consultant and was told that there was a prob at the exchange. 3 days later internet fixed. also just double check that on your router settings that your username is the full [email protected] hope this helps
