I bought a Redmi phone in December. However, it is currently experiencing issues. I returned it, but they informed me that it cannot be repaired. They require the original charger to process a refund. Unfortunately, I do not possess the charger. Is there any alternative method to obtain a refund?

Nope.

Chinese phone chargers is often more expensive than Samsung branded chargers (my Oppo 67w charger is about R1300 with a cable - for a 7k phone).

Post a wanted post on Carbonite for the same charger you need. Also, I found a very well priced Samsung charger on a Whatsapp classifieds group.

Not even 6 months, did you lose the charger or borrowed it to someone ?
