The blocked out parts show the contact details for this business - including the email address, in plain text.

If you activate Javascript, an email form is presented to you.

Do I even need to comment further on this one? :D
 
To you it looks like plain text, but have a look at the source code. chances are the JS converts some encoded string to plaint text when your browser accesses it. There are many Javacript Email Cloaking scripts around, and since most email harvester scripts don't interpret JS, it actually works quite well :)
