Last week I was subjected to a psych profile by Telkom, thinly disguised as a customer relationship management survey. Now there’s an oxymoron if there ever was one. Telkom doesn’t have customers. It has hostages.
I can just see Telkom using this "sophisticated" research to diss the justifiable rage of a friend of mine who has not only had an intermittent service - as in her phone works 10% of the time, but when she finally got a technician in to fix the problem, his solution was to give her another number. Without telling her.
