Refilling an HP 131 Cartridge???

Has anyone got the following cartridge and knows how to refill it. I seem to have lost the the intructions posted with the ink and need to fill her up asap.

Basically atm im looking at 5 holes ( 4 grouped together at the bottom and 1 at the top centre )

Help with the correct holes would be gladly appreciated.

Still got that sticker in the way so now i gotta decide which of the two bottom right holes is the correct one... gonna take a guess

Think i got it right.... ink came out the bottom of the cart so ink had to have gone in the resevoir
