A few months(think March) ago we experienced a disconnection for more than 48 hours(apparently because one of the dishes that serve Durbanville fell off due to heavy winds).We told there would be refunds/rebates and up until now , nothing has transpired.Nowire says they have no control over this as they have to wait for a response from Sentech, which seems like saying we're happy to sign you up , but as soon as there are problems , we will be as dodgy as we can.
Is there any chance of ever getting refunds from these guys?
