I always feel a condom is there to firstly prevent the biggest STD of all, pregnancy, and in your case it is not really a problem.

it all started when the condom burst one time (you know those flavoured government rubbers) and I noticed after a while so I pulled out, now my GIRLFRIEND seems to not care about condoms, I'm a little uncomfortable, there isnt any noticible difference with or without condom so go figure
