Regarding upgrading Line speeds (4mb to 10mb)

Hello.

So I just got informed that the telkom exchange in my area has just been upgraded to support 10mbps speeds. It used to be 4mbps only, as 4mb/10mb lines are the same price, Do I just call telkom to increase my line speed to 10mbps free of charge? or is there a difference in pay? As I saw on the telkom website 4/10mbps speed is the same price.

Need help here please.

I think you just have to buy 10meg uncapped data / capped . But you can check on your router see what your line speed is and just buy what data you want

I got a 4mb capped account with telkom, 20GB Cap one/and a 4mbps line from telkom, came as a package. but since my line didnt accept 10mbps yet, I was given the 4mb. Tho as I see on their site, 4mb/10mb internet account costs the same price, as also the line speed costs the same price, so there shouldnt be any problem just phoning them and to just update my package?

Yeah just call them and see what your line is provisioned at, if its 4mb tell them you want it to sync at 10mb.
If you on a capped account you will burst at 10mb, obviously u won't get 10mb but def more than 4
