Hi I normally use godaddy to register .com domains, but now need to register a .co.za, which they dont deal with...
I will be hosting it overseas, so I was wondering who is a good company to do this through who is-
1)reliable,
2)not going to rip me off eg through hidden clauses where they retain ownership etc
3)accepts paypal,
4)well priced and
5)allows me to choose where I want to host

thanks

If you can be budge on point 3, I would use Uniforum direct and pay the R50. Worst case find some one to register on your behalf how has a PayPal account.

And by your sig you are using Afrihost, why not use your freebie domain name for this, sounds like a perfect case?

I dont know of any such offer by afrihost? iv looked at their site, but cant seem to find a freebie domain registration- this would of course be ideal... ill keep looking.

you mentioned Uniforum direct- do you have a link for me- when I google it, I dont get anything useful

just make sure u have full control on your domain..

Admin and Technical sections - this will ensure that you can transfer the domain if needed. As the magic tickets will come to you.

Some ISP's list themselves in that section - hence when u cancel there is always battles to release the domain..
