Registering as tax payer

This is for income tax only.

Need to fill out an IT77 obviously, also need a certified copy of your id and a certified bank statement. Can I simply print a standard provisional statement from online banking and get that certified at a police station? Or must I go the bank and request a certified statement from them?

Just gotta fill out the IT 77 form, attach a certified copy of your ID and a copy of your payslip
